The glossy white glaze pools around the texture, creating a finish that is genuinely satisfying to hold. Its small, pear-shaped form is designed to highlight a single delicate wildflower or a tiny sprig of greenery.

Handmade in our Boulder, Colorado studio from durable stoneware, this piece is watertight and stable enough for a narrow shelf or desk. While it is dishwasher safe, its small size and texture mean a quick hand wash is often best.

Because this piece is hand-thrown and hand-dotted, no two are ever exactly alike. Variations in the texture and glaze are not defects—they are evidence of the handmade process. The piece you receive will be the only one of its kind.

Care Instructions

• Handwashing is best. For a long-lasting finish, especially for pieces with unglazed clay or celadon glazes, we recommend washing by hand using a gentle, non-abrasive detergent.

• Dishwasher safe. While our pieces are dishwasher safe, we suggest using a gentle cycle and arranging items so they won't touch to prevent chips or cracks.

• Microwave safe. You can use your ceramic in the microwave, but avoid sudden temperature changes. Never put a cold piece directly into a hot microwave, or a hot piece into cold water, as this can cause thermal shock.
