We take great care in packaging your breakable items to ensure they arrive safely.

  • Orders under $150: Flat rate shipping of $15.
  • Orders over $150: Shipping is $25 (due to the extra weight and padding required for larger hauls).
  • Currently, we ship to the lower 48 United States via UPS, USPS, or FedEx Ground.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days, and delivery typically takes 2-8 business days after that, depending on your location.

Like all ceramic ware, our mugs and bowls can retain heat. While they are microwave safe, please handle them with care after heating.

Good to know

What if my piece breaks after I've received it?

We stand behind our work and accept responsibility for manufacturing defects noted within 30 days of delivery. However, once your order arrives safely and you've accepted it, we can't cover breakage from drops, accidents, or general wear and tear. Handle with love, these pieces are meant to last, but they're still ceramic.

Are your ceramics dishwasher safe?

Yes! Kleybird Ceramics are designed to be functional, everyday art. All our pieces are microwave safe and dishwasher safe. However, to prolong the life of your handmade pottery, especially pieces with unglazed clay or delicate celadon glazes, we recommend hand washing with non-abrasive detergents.Tip: If using the microwave, avoid "thermal shock" by not moving a piece directly from the fridge to high heat.

Are your ceramics microwave safe?

Yes, with one caveat: avoid sudden temperature changes. Never put a cold piece directly into a hot microwave, or a hot piece into cold water. That kind of thermal shock can cause cracking.

Where can I buy Kleybird Ceramics?

Right here! At the moment, this website is the only place to purchase my work. No third-party retailers, no middlemen, just me and you.
